We do not have any ground floor, or accessible rooms for guests with disabilities. However, we can accommodate guests who use a wheelchair or walker some of the time. There is ramp access to the Hotel via a side door that leads through the restaurant but this is quite steep. Wheelchairs/mobility scooters are not suitable for use in the lift, corridors and bedrooms so must remain in reception. The Hotel has a limited number of walk-in showers and these must be requested at the time of booking. Please note some rooms with walk-in showers are located through 4/5 fire doors, so are not near the lift. It is the guest’s responsibility to inform the Hotel of any persons in the party with mobility problems, so that the Hotel can allocate the most appropriate rooms.
The Hotel does not accept responsibility for the evacuation of any guest in the event of an emergency. All guests should be able to evacuate the hotel unassisted.
